Stray And Wandering Animals Arrested By Niger State Government In Minna (Photos)

Niger State Environmental Protection Agency (NISEPA), has arrested and detained 159 stray animals across Minna, the Niger State capital. The General Manager of the agency, Mr Lucky Barau, told the News Agency of Nigeria, on Saturday in Minna, that the agency task force made the arrest in two days. He said that the animals, which consisted of goats and sheep were also arrested with their kids and lambs. But their owners are free to get them back for just N1000.
